Browsing the site, as well as purchasing any product at sussubakeshop.pt, presupposes the acceptance of these general conditions of use and information contained in this page.

Terms of Use
The User undertakes to use this website in accordance with current legislation, to comply with and respect these general conditions of use, refraining from using the website for activities contrary to the law and interests of third parties.
The user is responsible for the veracity of the personal data communicated and undertakes to enter and immediately inform any changes through his User Account.

The use, reproduction, copying and dissemination or any other use of the contents, information, images, videos contained on this website is subject to prior authorization.
Products and Prices
All prices on our online store are shown in Euros and include VAT at the current rate.
Sussu Bakes Shop reserves the right to modify the prices shown on the products at any time.
In case of out of stock of a certain item, the customer will be contacted within 24 working hours.
The information on the website is subject to change (texts, images or others). All images of the products shown are illustrative and their colors vary depending on the device's screen.
Shipping service costs are borne by the user and buyer, and are added to the total value of the selected products. For more information, see Deliveries and Shipping Costs .
In the event of a computer, manual, technical or any other error in the sale price to the public, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled.
All items ordered will only be reserved after payment and confirmation in stock.
Shipping
We only ship to mainland Portugal and islands.
After confirming the availability of the items and respective payment, the order will be processed and shipped within 2 working days.
The shipment and delivery of the order is carried out by CTT within 2 working days after being dispatched. For the Azores and Madeira, deadlines can be extended depending on transport limitations.
If the customer wishes to change the shipping address and the order is already in distribution with CTT, the shipping costs will be charged again.
Sussu Bakes Shop is not responsible for any delay in sending and delivering the order after the time it is dispatched to CTT.
The cost associated with shipping your order is calculated based on the total weight of the items you ordered. This calculation is automatic and presented before finalizing the order.
The resending of returned orders due to incomplete or wrong addresses, or the customer's absence at the delivery address, is done by paying the postage again.
Returns and right of free termination of the contract
The consumer has a period of 14 days from the day he acquires physical possession of the goods or from the day he acquires physical possession of the last good, in the case of several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, to proceed the return of your order, and without the need to indicate the reason, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 10 of DL nº 24/2014, of 14 February.
Customized products for the customer, digital products, as well as items that, for sale purposes, have to be opened are excluded.
Items to be returned must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, in their original packaging, accompanied by all the accessories that make it up and properly accommodated for shipping purposes. They must also be accompanied by the respective receipt, proof of purchase.
Exchanges are not covered by promotional codes or discounts that are in effect at the time of exchange.
The costs related to the transport of the items to be returned are the customer's responsibility.
Before shipping the items, you should get in touch via email geral@sussubakeshop.pt to express your decision to exchange or return the order, indicating your order number.
We may retain the refund until we have received the returned goods.
Upon receipt of the items by the Sussu Bakes Shop, their status will be checked. If the item is in the required conditions and the return is accepted, a voucher will be issued for the value of the items, which you can use in a future purchase. In case of defect, the refund can be made by bank transfer after indicating the IBAN.
