We only ship to mainland Portugal and islands. 

After confirming the availability of the items and respective payment, the order will be processed and shipped within 2 working days, except for customized items where the shipment will be made within 5 working days.

The shipment and delivery of the order is carried out by CTT within 2 working days after being dispatched. For the Azores and Madeira, deadlines can be extended depending on transport limitations.

If the customer wishes to change the shipping address and the order is already in distribution with CTT, the shipping costs will be charged again.

Sussu Bakes Shop is not responsible for any delay in sending and delivering the order after the time it is dispatched to CTT.

The cost associated with shipping your order is calculated based on the total weight of the items you ordered. This calculation is automatic and presented before finalizing the order.

The resending of returned orders due to incomplete or wrong addresses, or the customer's absence at the delivery address, is done by paying the postage again.
